Bresaola carpaccio with artichokes, lamb's lettuce and lemon emulsion

  • 80 g bresaola
  • 150 g Orogel Artichoke Wedges Rich Taste
  • a handful of lamb's lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper


  1. Microwave the Artichoke Wedges Rich Taste following the instructions on the package.
  2. Emulsify oil with lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Place the bresaola slices on the dish, then add the lamb's lettuce, the artichokes and, finally, season with the lemon emulsion.
