Chicken cutlets with lemon, capers and veggie side

  • 150 g Orogel Contorno Rich Taste
  • 120 g chicken breasts
  • 100 g stale bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 lemon with untreated zest
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • butter (optional)
  • salt


  1. Microwave the Contorno Rich Taste following the instructions on the package.
  2. Put bread in a blender with a little grated lemon zest and capers, and blend.
  3. Dredge the chicken breasts in flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the mixture of breadcrumbs and capers.
  4. Cook the cutlet in some oil or butter until it gets golden-brown on both sides. Paper towel dry the cutlet.
  5. Serve it hot with vegetables and some capers.
