Tender octopus with vegetables

  1. Take the octopus, cut off the tentacles and wash them well. Put them in a saucepan and brown them for a few minutes on each side. Add the water and oil, then put the lid on.
  2. Close the lid very accurately: if necessary, you can use some cling film to seal.
 Cook over a medium-low heat for about half an hour. Open the lid, turn the octopus, then close the lid again, and cook for half an hour.
  3. When the octopus is soft, turn off the burner and leave to cool without removing the lid. Pour the Crea Tu mix into a pan and add 100 ml of the octopus cooking water.
  4. Cook over a medium heat for 7 minutes. Cut the octopus into pieces and add the vegetables.
